Registration & Fee
(Reduced rates for members of Mindfulness Norway and full-time students.
All fees will be paid in Norwegian currency (NOK).
Registrations deadlines
Early bird before 1 April:
NOK 500 reduced fee for the retreat.
NOK 500 reduced fee for the conference.
Registration after 20 June:
additional cost NOK 800
Registration after 15 September:
additional cost NOK 1.300
Registration at the start of the conference:
additional cost NOK 1.600
Registration
The registration is binding. All fees will be paid in NOK. International participants will have to pay with credit card via Pay Pal (you don’t have to register at Pay Pal to pay for the conference). Confirmation of registration will be sent to your registered email address when you pay via Pay Pal, the invoice will be sent to the same email address.
Cancellation
Only by email to mindfulness@dinkonferansepartner.no
Cancellation fee before 1 September:
NOK 1000.
Cancellation fee after 1 September: 50%.
Cancellation fee after 1 October:
No reimbursement of participation fee, including accommodation/meals.
